I contacted Arktikos AC and Heating to repair a ac unit at our home that was not cooling properly. It was an older unit, and they helped us select a new unit at a good price and installed it within a week. The unit has performed well ever since. Arktikos was on time, very polite and friendly, The unit was carefully installed with a new pad and sealed line entries to the house. I am happy we used Arktikos for the work.

Alieski does fabulous work for great prices! He's extremely trustworthy. I shadowed him for a day during trade school. Alieski has in depth knowledge of systems that many hvac techs don't have. He's the guy we all call when we have a question. He's also very nice and easy to work with. Don't hesitate to trust him, he'll save you thousands and get your system running quickly!

I have been a loyal customer of Arktikos for years Mr Santana is amazing and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with my heater last night with this freeze so I called them first thing in the morning they were quick to respond and got me scheduled. They are very reasonably priced and fair. Other companies will try and charge more because of demand right but not them they were upfront and sincere with the cost. I can say enough good things about Mr Santana and Arktioks and very grateful for the work they have done for me.

We were having issues with our AC working upstairs in the heat of summer. We called and got service scheduled the same day. When they arrived, they checked upstairs, in the attic, and outside, identifying a couple of things that were keeping our unit from working. Repairs were made the same day at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be return customers!
