Santana and his team were fantastic! They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, fully replace the AC unit, had competitive pricing (fair!) and were extremely respectful. I would highly recommend them and will use again in the future!

Highly recommend! They were quick to respond, very professional, and did excellent work. They took the time to explain what was going on with my AC and made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find reliable HVAC companies that arent always trying to upsell you, but this one definitely delivered.

Great company, they came on time, had the parts that was needed to get my A/C working again, because 80 degrees in Houston is hot enough!!! Tech was efficient, meticulously neat and clean, made sure everything was working properly before leaving.

I have been a loyal customer of Arktikos for years Mr Santana is amazing and very knowledgeable. I had a problem with my heater during this last freeze so I called them first thing in the morning they were quick to respond and got me scheduled. They are very reasonably priced and fair. Other companies will try and charge more because of demand during times like this but not them they were upfront and sincere with the cost. I can say enough good things about Mr Santana and Arktioks and very grateful for the work they have done for me.
